Woodlawn WindEnergy Joint Venture has prepared
an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS)
for the project in consultation with local government,
other regulatory authorities and the community in
accordance with the New South Wales Environmental
Planning and Assessment Act, 1979.
The EIS document and Executive Summary are available
for downloading below.
The Minister for Infrastructure, Planning and
Natural Resources will decide if the project should
be approved. The Minister will consider the EIS
and community comments as part of the decision
making process. The EIS process is illustrated below.

The EIS is on public exhibition from Thursday 21 October
to Monday 22 November 2004 and is available for downloading from this website,
or can be viewed in hard copy at the following locations:

You can send written comments to the Department of Infrastructure,
Planning and Natural Resources during the EIS public exhibition period, and before
the Minister decides if the project should be approved.
